Powerhead reccomendation

Ok, so now the fun begins. I just got the 120, now get to spend some money to get it ready. Is the Koralia still the best bang for the buck powerhead out there, or is there something else? I have had a few issues with my new Koralia Evolutions, so wasn't sure if theres something new. Anyone used the MP40? It's hard for me to justify spending that much on a powerhead, but looks cool .

Go for the MP40W you won't regret it!!!! I've had mine like 3 years now. They have great service too if you ever need it. I had to replace the control unit... evidently they said the old one got 'wet'. They had just came out with the new versions so I upgraded at the same time for just $100.

I have to agree the only problem with the MP40 besides the price is that they don't break! If you're looking for something a little less expensive and a step up from the koralia, go with a powerhead from Sicce.

mp40 x a lot.. best out there imp. you can adjust flow in many ways. check reef central there are alwyas deals on them

Sounds like the mp40 or the sicce is the way to go. Time to start saving money
